This meeting will be conducted in compliance with the IOP bylaws. Participants are expected to have read and be familiar with the requirements of this document.
Recording of this conference via audio, video or electronic means shall not be permitted. This does not preclude note taking or capturing an occasional screenshot during the conference for personal use.
3.5 of Membership Agreement = Antitrust Policy
The Member agrees to comply with all applicable antitrust laws pertaining to the Member's participation in IOP. Nothing in this meeting shall be construed to require or permit conduct that violates any applicable antitrust law. Member consents to the disclosure of its name as a member of IOP, for the purpose of permitting IOP to invoke the protection of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993 (15 U.S.C. §§4301, et seq.).
There shall be no discussion related to restraint or trade agreements, prices, pricing policies, terms and condition of purchase or sale, costs, future company plans, boycotting of customers or products, or any other topics that might be considered anti-competitive behavior.
Confidentiality: Please remember all IOP meetings are confidential. Any and All information shared is confidential and shall not be shared with anyone outside of this meeting which includes sharing on social media.
